Our Faculty Quality Board convened on 07.10.2026 with one member representing each department. The following issues were discussed at the meeting regarding the execution of quality assurance processes and the enhancement of institutional visibility:
All scientific activities conducted in 2026 (publications, presentations, projects, etc.) must be entered into the YÖKSİS system without exception, and the academic activity data in YÖKSİS must be pulled into our university's Data Management System for updating. The data transferred to the Data Management System will be the basis for institutional evaluation and quality reporting.
Additionally, information was provided about the processes of Activities, Social Contribution Activities, External Stakeholder Activities, and Student Trips, which are included in the quality indicators. In this regard, it was emphasized that the necessary sensitivity should be shown to publish the aforementioned activities (Activities, Social Contribution Activities, External Stakeholder Activities, and Student Trips) on both the relevant department's webpage and the faculty's webpage to create evidence and ensure visibility.
