The Department of Turkish Language and Literature Doctoral Program Has Gained the Right to Open.

The application for the opening of the doctoral program of the Department of Turkish Language and Literature at Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Faculty of Arts and Sciences has been approved by the Higher Education Council (YÖK).

This approval is a significant development in terms of enhancing our department's graduate education capacity and strengthening its academic activities. With the opening of the doctoral program, it is aimed to support qualified academic studies in the field of Turkish language and literature, diversify scientific research activities, and contribute to the training of expert researchers in the field.

The program, which is expected to provide new opportunities for scientific research to be conducted on Turkish language, literature, and culture, is anticipated to contribute to our university's academic accumulation in graduate education and strengthen research activities in the field of Turkology.
