"18th Century Crete Geography and Interdisciplinary Perspective" Event

An online event was held in our Faculty's Geography Department, organized by Dr. Lecturer Özge Can DOĞMUŞ and Dr. Lecturer Mustafa UTLU, with the participation of Şeyma YEŞİLÇAVDAR SEKMAN, a PhD student in the International Ottoman Studies program at Istanbul Medeniyet University, as a speaker.

In the presentation on how the 18th-century Crete geography can be examined with an interdisciplinary approach, the integration of History and Geography disciplines, as well as how other related disciplines can intertwine with these fields, was discussed with the active participation of students.
