GENERAL INFORMATION
Our Faculty's Physics department was opened in 2008 and continues to provide postgraduate level education and training. In addition to the master's program that was opened in the 2009-2010 academic year, our department also started accepting doctoral students in the 2019-2020 academic year. Our department has 5 separate main science branches, namely atom and molecule physics, solid state physics, nuclear physics, high energy and plasma physics, and general physics, and a total of 5 academics, including 2 professors, 2 associate professors and 1 doctor faculty member, are serving. Physics courses included in the education and training programs of other departments in our university are given by our department's faculty members.
